I was doing a presentation on SWISH from Swishzone. A quick demonstration on how easy it is to make a flash animation. Are there any other softwares that does the same that I should be aware of? Also, what is the weakness and strength of this software? Thanks!

Macromedia Flash is the most powerful and the easiest to use in my opnion. You can download a demo from Macromedia.com.

Macromedia and Adobe products have crap interfaces. You just have to get used to it, no way to make it easier.

Uhh.. Swish is only up to version 2.0... and it is 10x better than v1.0. It's pretty much the only application out there that helps with Flash. There are 3rd party programs like Swift3D that will help Flash effects, but nothing close to creating animation with keyframes, etc.

Adobe LiveMotion just went to v2.0 and it's making a strong bid in the app war in this category... this time. Adobe.com has more info...
