did you get that off a google search? cuz I saw that too... but I didn't think it was that old

No, the chips have -10 on them which denotes 10nS.

If you have an old PII/Skt7 system that uses PC-66 SDRAM DIMMS it can be used. Outside of that, keychain. ;)

sell them on craigslist. old computer parts can occasionally have artificially inflated values due to zero-supply / small-demand considerations.

Are they single or double sided modules? I've got a few PC66 SDRAM double sided modules in my garage and they're almost all 32MB per module.

Zap, thanks for the reply. They are all double sided. I believe each chip is 32MB... but am not 100%. If that was the case, with 16 chips we would be looking at 512MB a stick. Just trying to get the facts straight before I sell this stuff for a couple bucks!!
