what kind of quality are alienware peripherals?

Well, I see now that you can buy alienware mice and keyboards. I know they're grossly overpriced, but a 'cyborg green' intellimouse explorer and keyboard would be hella cool. Anyways, I have an explorer and like it a lot, but does anyone know about the quality of the keyboards?

Alienware doesn't mfg components, they paint them and sell them off for an insane price.

john is right, those will be 3rd party items.
go find the cheapest pos keyboard you can get, take it apart and do a hella cool paint job for yourself

I think Alienware's keyboard is made by Antec. A keyboard is a keyboard in my opinion.
