What kind of program would do this for me?

I'm looking for a program that'll make a "video capture" of my pc. For example, I have a telnet window up.
I want it to capture a video of the telnet window and the commands I type into it. I want to place this into a powerpoint presentation.

The problem is I'm not even sure what to search for. Any help will be appreciated
