I'm building an overclocking rig and I'm not sure what kind of Power Supplier my system needs to function properly. So which one is good for hardcore overclocking?

AMD Opteron 165 Dual Core Processor S939 Denmark 1.8GHZ 2MB L2 Cache
Sapphire Pure Innovation PI-A9RX480 ATX S939 RX200
OCZ EL Gold GX XTC PC4000 2GB 2X1GB DDR500 CL3-4-3-8
Western Digital Raptor 74GB SATA 10000RPM 8MB 4.5MS
Western Digital Caviar 320GB IDE ATA100 7200RPM 8MB 8.9MS

Video card probably an ATI Radeon X1800XL 256MB

Is the Enermax Liberty ELT620AWT 620W ATX12V V2.2 enough or is it Overkill?

Yes, it is enough. You could probably do with something a little less expensive, but it won't kill you to have big beefy PSU.

Well I'm not willing to spend extra if I'm not going to get the benefit of it. So something less expensive you mean a 500W PSU?
