If you temporarily unhook all the fans and all hard drives except for boot drive, does it still exhibit these behaviors? That FSP 500W doesn't seem too bad for a single 8800GTS.

I would try other things before I would replace the power supply. 500W from a decent manufacturer like Fortron should be plenty. With 1 HDD, 2 fans, an E6300 and an 8800GTS you don't have a particularly demanding system. Have you run Memtest86+ to make sure your memory is good?

Have you tried other demanding programs to see if you can duplicate the failure? For example, if you encounter the problem with TF2 but not while running Prime95 and ATITool, or not while running Crysis, or something similar, maybe the problem isn't the power supply.

Now, this is not to say that your power supply isn't the problem, but I would try to isolate the issue before you replace parts.

Google "Ultimate Boot CD" and burn a copy of it. It has memtest86+ along with some other useful software.

Note that there are two different programs, one called memtest86+ and one called memtest86. Memtest86 isn't bad, but memtest86+ can be more effective. Run memtest86+.
