What kind of paint to use on brushed aluminum?

I am mainly looking for something like touchup paint for my case. I will post a much more thorough post once I'm done with the mod. Thanks!

IDK. Really.
A pointed toothpick, with silver paint under magnification might do. *shrugs*

I do as much drilling, cutting, filing, high speed rotory work from the inside out as I can.
That way a boo-boo is on the inside. When I have to work from the outside, cardboard
is taped inplace for protection.

One of the major reasons I like to use a lot of acrylic on my cases, not lighter than aluminum, lighter than steel though, and very easily buffable.

Impossible to really match a brushed al finish with paint. If the foop was really visible, I'd probably primer (with aluminum rated primer) the fooped part and paint it a complementary color to the rest of the chassis. If it was a side panel, I'd paint both sides. If it was back, front or top, I'd just paint the one panel. Or maybe use some kind of trim material to hide the ding so it looks like it was intentional... 😉
