What kind of overclock are people getting from Radeon 9500s?

I am using a Sapphire non-Pro Radeon 9500 and I am getting 324core and 317memory. Is that good? Should it be going higher? Is there any good cooling out there that people could recommend?

Well the 9700pro has a core speed of 324 and 310 RAM, so I guess I am doing pretty good. As for direct comparision, I dont really know.

9700pro has 256-bit memory too.. so your memory has to be clocked at 620MHz to be able to get the same speed as radeon 9700
