What kind of oranges are best for juicing?

Small ones with thin skin.

In the season I can get 10-15 of them for $1. Makes excellent juice with hand juicer.

mmmmmmm. I grab those from my backyard. I just eat them by hand, delicious.

Are those electric juicers any good? The last one I used was very wasteful - I'd get ~1/2 the juice I could get out of juicing by hand. Plus it diddn't taste very good because the machine took the juice out of the whole piece not just the flesh.

And you're supposed to use the cheap soft dull oranges for juice ( like the Valencias above ). Are you using navels or something???
