What kind of oil to use with stove-popped popcorn?

So far, I've only tried vegetable and olive oils. I didn't like the olive too much because it was too heavy. Other suggestions?

I wouldn't ever cook with olive oil. Just plain vegetable oil is fine. But why clog your arteries with that crap? Instead canola tastes the same on popcorn and is beneficial to your body.

I'll second the air popper. IMHO, it's makes the best tasting homemade popcorn in addition to little or no mess. :)

As for oil, I just use whatever's near the stove and that's usually vegetable oil.. but not too much!

A really quick google search says it's about $20 for the "typical" style. I've had mine for ages but I paid about $20 back then, too.
