What kind of music is good to listen to while doing/studying for math?

Mozart...although often I find that any type of music or noise or distraction doesn't let me study well. I will listen to the music more than study.

If you do listen to music, you should keep the volume low. About the same level as the background noise will be during your test or whatever.

I just listen to whatever though at usual volumes. for any subject besides math, I turn it down.

What I listen to when doing math (alphabetically down my playlist) :

A Perfect Circle
Aphex Twin
David Bowie
Dimmu Borgir
Led Zeppelin
Marilyn Manson
NIN
No Doubt (only Tragic Kingdom, not new stuff)
Pink Floyd
Smashing Pumpkins
Tool
Weezer
Zwan

That's all the chill music I listen to and can do math to.

There has been shown to be a relationship between mathematics and Bach. Although probably not related, studies show an increased performance in math while Bach is played.
