this thread will be useless without a poll. Personally, I like alternative, and just plain ol rock.

no Rap, folk, country, bluegrass, heavy metal, emo, adult comtemporary, untalented people like nsync, b.s., c.a., all of the others.
 
Rap. Hip-Hop. R & B. Soul. Neo-Soul. Funk. Jazz (While studying, reading, or doing mind intensive activities). Classic Rock (50s through 70s). Classical (While studying, reading, or doing mind intensive activities).

I am currently listening to Lauren Hill.
 
anything that is good. chinese, pop, rap, classic/alt/punk rock, raggae, classical instrumental... that is all i can think of now.

Nothing like living in the past. I like most of that music but I also like some of the new stuff, especially some of the Alternative Bands.

That's what my wife says, but when I ask for examples of "good" new music, she gives me suggestions like, Smashing Pumpkins, Creed, Garbage (I actually like that somewhat), Daft Punk, Green Day... :roll:

Well, I think all the "good" music you listed is crap. It's all a matter of opinion.

Well I wouldn't expect an Elton John fan to like Alternative music.
