What kind of money does Best Buy, Circuit Cities and Fryes pay?

Anyone know how much a Best Buy or Circuit City pays per hour? I'm looking for a part time job that pays around 15-20 bucks per hour (if that exists). Its amazing how few companies actually employ professional part time workers. It kind of sucks to have years of IT experience but it's almost impossible to find a part time job to put that kind of experience to use.

Hmm I wonder if Fedex or UPS has part time IT workers

No, but they have part time package handlers.

I don't get it, what the heck happened to part time careers. Bagging groceries or flipping burgers is'nt much of a career.

You'll be lucky if you make half that at either of those stores.

go out and do real work. Find a nice landscaper, dont know if their is a brickman company near you, but they prolly pay well (3rd largest landscaper in the country) and work for them, you can prolly get $10 for it, however the more experience you have, the more you get paid.

CC starts warehouse guys at 7.75. Thats more than half what you are looking for!

Dunno about sales people at CC, or Best buy, etc. Warehouse isn't a bad job, though it can get boring. If you are looking for more of a career, get on the floor and push service plans.

On commission I made $15-$20/hr at CC. Shame they don't have that anymore though.
