What kind of mice do pro gamers use?

I use the mx700. It's a little heavier but I'm used to that now.

i've had my mx500 for almost 2 years now and I can feel that the left click button is gaining travel (distance betwen clicked and unclicked) and the pads are wearing off... one of the pads is down to silver. my logitech "click" at work feels so much smoother, but im sure that that's more of a wear issue.

is an mx mouse falling apart during regular use covered by warranty?

i use an MX700, but the majority of my FPS gaming is Halo PC, where precision is not as important as "feeling" your shots. it's very accurate though with no lag whatsoever.
