what kind of memory for this itx motherboard and will it handle 1080p blu-ray video?

That memory would *probably* work but its not on the QVL for that mobo. This is the cheapest Gskill memory thats listed on the QVL. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231275

The AMD chipset only supports single channel. You can put a "dual channel kit" in there but there will be no performance benefit over a single module of the same overall capacity.

It should run 1080P no problem, My HTPC is using a Ath x2 250 3Ghz and runs 98% of the time in idle speeds (800Mhz) due to power management and works great.
