Ok, Im not very computer literate, I dont really understand the different kinds of ram. Im gettin ready to buy the:
Asus A7Pro Socket A(ATX, 200MHz FSB, Ultra DMA/66)5 PCI, 1 AMR, 3x PC133/PC100 DIMM, AGP Pro 4X motherboard.
I want to buy 256Mb of Ram for it. Exactly what kind of Ram should I look for when Im pricing on the net? What brand name should I look for? What size (how many pins)? What does PC133 Non-Parity Unbuffered 3.3V mean? Thanks for any info.

Here ya go!!!

I got 2 256MB sticks of Infineon RAM from compuwiz1 and this stuff runs great on my MSI Pro2-A and the other 2 Intel systems I have. Hope that helps ya somewhat.

What it means is irrelevant

You can use any PC100 or PC133 RAM you find anywhere, there is no specific brand or type you must use, just as long as its not Rambus or DDR ram, which cost a lot more and are harder to find.

That said, you would be better off going for PC133 RAM, as it will run faster on your PC if you set the memory speed to 133 in your BIOS

Hope you find this helpful
