why not just go for a good old full tower 🙂 you wont have any of those problems.

Oh and you were talking about the first mobo on that page right?

and that's my HTPC, and I'm trying to move it to a nicer case(that desktop like and looks good) ... maybe you have any recommendations , where full ATX will fit ?

should fit in most any mid tower, maybe some mini-towers (check dimensions), and deffinalty in any full or server tower. i have a full supermicro tower, it kicks some major ace.
 
thanks for clearing it up for me , b/c I was sure gonna buy that case (or similar one) with support for micro-atx ;(
