What kind of lizard is this??

I have about 10 of these guy living in the house they hang out in my plants and at night you can see about 20 of them on the exterior walls of the house.

The adults turn a pink color.

Or are they geckos?

Lizard is the basic name of this class of reptiles. Gecko is what it is. Which specific one I don't know.
