What kinds of lights do you use at home?

Yellow is the yellowish bulbs.
White is the tubelight whites.
Blue, when your white lights are so bright, that they seem blue.
Black lights for your bar room?

We have both in our house, but we tend to prefer white lights as a family, because they give a nice bright feeling to the house, and less of a headache for some reason.

yellow lights everywhere because they are so common. even CF bulbs come in the yellowish color

though i really prefer white light myself

I use the newer, more expensive flourescent bulbs - the ones that are equivalent to a 60 watt normal bulb.

We've had energy saving (flourescent) bulbs here for absolutely ages, and use them throughout my old home (my parents house, apart from the dimmer ones in the living room).

However, at my current place, it's using all slightly yellow normal cheap as chips bulbs. (Rented room in shared house).

But anyway, who wants light? sit in the dark, and let the glow of your chosen display be your illumination

Just the standard 60 watt bulb mostly, but we do have a few decorative bulbs for the ceiling fans and some of those energy saving flourescent ones as well.
