im writing a paper, but i dont know what kind of hypothesis i can make.

some ideas so far:

-something about the introduction of african-americans in the motion picture?
-i was thinking something about the raise in ticket prices, but the teacher said it was too recent.

anyone have any suggestions of a hypothesis i can use?

how advertising has affected movies, from ads before the film to product placement in films. It has gotten out of hand.

A hypothesis is an educated guess. You sure you have the right idea here?

The effect of movies on society in the 20th century would be a good topic. Your hypothesis could be that it was beneficial or detrimental to society, or both in different ways. ie: movies inciting acts of violence. That should help, I think.
