i thought you hated your job? or did you get a new one? or was that someone else?

Gobs of vacation (39 days a year after working here 5 years)
Catered meals around the holidays for those working
Catered meals once a month for staff meetings
Christmas bonuses
Flexible shifts

I just consider my flexibility and freedom here my fringe benefits. Can come in when I want, leave when I want, not come in at all without calling to alert. Listen to sports talk radio all day, IM/email/surf online for non-business related reasons as much as I want, free shipping of personal goods (within reason), etc.

I've been here since 1993 so obviously, I like it. Have been with the same small group of employees that whole time as well so it's like working with an extended family. Kind of boring here at times because I'm rarely swamped with work but I can't complain too much.

Boy did i hate my job.
I found another job and realized how lucky i was where i was.
We put some things out on the table and came to an agreement.
Plus, my boss finally realized how much she needed me. I got a nice raise and an office and more apprication.
I grew some balls and it worked. 🙂

They do more or less pay for my healthcare...give me 3 weeks sick leave...and at least 3 weeks paid vacation per year...not including 13 paid holidays per year. I will be bringing some 4 weeks vacation into 2007...so they really give too much vacation. Oh, and they do send me to Germany every year on business, all-expenses-paid.

Otherwise, not much.

Not sure about the fulltime benefits (only part time for now)

-Free Pop/Coffee/Snacks Anytime
-Monday: Hot breakfast day
-Wednesday: Muffin Day
-Friday: Bagel Day
-Free lunch up to $8 (save reiepts, get paid back)
-IT Staff recieve up to $40 a month to pay for cell phone bill
