What kind of fly is this?

I'm trying to figure out what kind of fly this is... I keep having some of these guys flying around the house. I'm not sure if they are attracted to water... food... or what. Driving me nuts though.

at first I was gonna say a baby mayfly....but they aren't around at this time and looking up pictures...the larvae stage looks nothing like that.

Also, they are very small. The pictures make them look bigger than they are.

Definitely not a Mayfly thought the Baetis are still around somewhat. Looks like some sort Caddis pupa.
