What kind of exercise equipment do you own?

I'm bored, so I'm trying to come up with topics I've never seen before.

I have an ab roller, and those bollinger free weights (EZ-curl bar and dumbells).

not too hard core when it comes to working out, so I don't have a bench, bowflex, etc.

Your thread looked lonely so I thought I'd post.

Just bought the wife a treadmill for Christmas. I've snuck on it a couple times 🙂.

3 high end road bikes, 1 high end mountain bike, 1 pair of X-country skies, 1 pair of downhill skies, several pairs of running shoes and hiking boots

When I first started training, my Father built me a power rack and we put it in one bay of our garage. I trained religiously on heavy barbell squats twice a week for a full year before I purchased a weider flat bench, to help train my upper body. Because I focused strictly on heavy squats for a full year before doing any other exercises, my quads grew and grew and grew. Today, 17 years later and still training, my quads are one of my strongest bodyparts. I can't purchase jeans off the rack because of my large thighs and I opt to wear track pants as they are more comfortable.

free weights and a exercise mat..

no room for a weight bench.. id have one otherwise.. but i improvise and works out okay..

Dumbbells from 10 lbs. through 80 lbs. Olympic bench and squat rack with 500 lbs. of weight Olympic curl bar a flat bench a seated bench that is about it

We have a NordicTrack-brand recumbent bicycle. However, it sucks. We always go to our apartment complex's gym if we want to ride the bike.

Right now just a pit/boxer mix and a shepard/chow mix. These two have more endurance than I'll ever have. Even after the pit has had ACL surgery on both her hind knees.

Planning to buy some equipment this winter, so I am looking for suggestions.

<< Elliptical and a recumbant bike. Wouldn't mind havin' that there bowflex, beau 😉 >>

Hehe... If you're serious, LMK. I've only used it once, I found that I just didn't have the time to use it regularly. It's the XTLU, so it has all the attachments (squat, bench, lat pull down, rowing, incline, butterfly, etc.) and 310 lbs of bows.
