What kind of degree would I need to make video cards?

I'm currently majoring in CE, but a network engineer friend of mine told me that I might want to look into majoring in EE. There are four different tracks in the CE program where I go to college, Software Engineering, Networks, Computer Systems, and Digital Hardware, should I focus in on Digital Hardware or should I just go for a vanilla EE degree? My goal is to work for Nvidia. I don't know why, but ever since I laid eyes on the Riva 128, I was like, "Hey! That's what I want to do!" Any ideas?

An EE degree or a CE degree with the Digital Hardware courses will get you where you want to go.
