what kind of critical aspect u have...

Get a "Tulip" pint glass and try to fill it half way. It'll always look more than half full and you can call yourself an optimist.

When I see a half empty glass I imagine how light refracts at the surface of the liquid and trace ray diagrams in my head.

I believe that's one of the ten indicators that it's time to stop drinking.

I first think about how incredibly unlikely it is that it is exactly halfway. Assuming it IS exactly halfway, then it truly is equal and doesn't matter how I view it.

Evaporation is like you know like always happening and like the level will be way more than half way but then whoa like not half way but at some point between way and whoa it will be like exactly half full but then like the quantums affects stuff so maybe the half way point never happens or happens twice or like the half full level is reached but then an shell collapses or something and the glass is more full than half way even after it wasn't and then wow it just hovers there for a bit then liek freefalls so far below half full that it cane never be that full again unless some really cool chick like pours more stuff in the glass and like talks to you you know like talking to you like she likes you but she doesn't really care about the whle glass thing but just put more stuff in the glass to like break you out of your own head where you were like stuck trying to understand the half full glass but then that though drags you down again and you're just watching the glass and the cool chick goes home with some dufus who never even thinks of half the stuff you do and then like after awhile the glass is half empty again which makes you think about emptiness which makes you sad because you're lonely.
