What kind of cooling will I need for this system?

I am getting ready to put together a system from the following components:
- Enlighten Mid-Tower 300w case
- Shuttle AK31A Apollo K266A Socket A Motherboard
- Athlon XP 1600+ processor
- Powercolor Geforce2 MX 400 64mb video card
- 256MB Crucal PC 2100 DDR RAM
- IBM 40GB 7200rpm HD

my question is what kind of cooling system I will need for this ststem. I recieved the case today and should be recieving the rest of the components tomorrow. I ordered an Igloo 2300 fan but I am wondering if this will be enough. Any help would be great, thanks.

it really depends on several factors. How good is the airflow in the case (I assume you got a 7237?) How many case fans do you have? And do you plan on overclocking? And do you want to use the normal "clippy" heatsinks or use one that attaches securely to the motherboard?

Keeping that in mind, here are my suggestions:

Alpha PAL8045 - very large, attaches using screws to the motherboard itself, takes a 80mm fan, viewed by the general public as the best heatsink one can buy currently

ThermalRight SK-6 - a very small, compact, all-copper cooler, needs a lot of airflow (read: high speed fans) to be really competitive

GlobalWin CAK II-38 - GW's new copper cooler, HardOCP seemed to like it. Not as large or heavy as the original CAK38.

GlobalWin SAK38 - GW's new all-around cooler, made from aluminum with a copper insert. Again HardOCP liked it.

Spire 5T060B1H3R - a smallish aluminum cooler that uses a 80mm fan for good performance at low noise levels.

Vantec - CCK-6027D - a fairly popular copper cooler similar to the ThermalRight SK-6. Again, needs high speed fans to offer good performance

The case is a 7237 model. As far as case fans I only see one vent where I can put one in so I will probably just use that one grill. Would one case fan + a normal "clippy" style fan do the job assuming no overclocking? Second, do you know if that motherboard is a good one for overclocking and if so, what kind of performance increases do you think i could see? Thanks.
