Or baking powder, or vanilla, or anything like that. All I've got is flour, sugar, and butter. I know how to make an ice cream cone or caramel pirouettes., but I'm sure there's something more interesting than that.

shitty cookies

That's what kind of cookies

That. You can make something that resembles a cookie, but it won't be a decent cookie. They have these new-fangled places called supermarkets. Word is that they'll sell you eggs and baking powder. You don't even need a permit.

Shortbread maybe. Not sure what's in them, but your ingredient list looks close.

Yeah, I think he could make some pretty bland shortbread cookies without much problem just with those three ingredients.

Hey guys, what kind of sandwich can I make without bread?

Seriously, just go shopping. Eggs are not that hard to come by. It's not like you're trying to hunt down rhino horn or some shit... You could probably just stand on a street corner screaming "EGGS" and someone will come by and give you some to shut you up.

I would say you could make mexican wedding cookies, but you need to have nuts to make those.

However, my fiancee does make some mean peanut butter/oat/banana cookies with just those ingredients. Just add a pinch of salt to curb the sweetness.

Just about any. Trader Joe sells vegan chocolate chip cookies.

Which to make would require chocolate chips, vanilla, baking powder and some sort of non-dairy milk like almond or coconut, none of which OP has available. With just sugar, flour and butter on hand about the only thing that can be made is a completely flavorless shortbread and that's not worth the effort.

You have to bribe the person at the front to not call the cops though.

Luckily, they usually label everything with its minimum acceptable bribe.

I hope with all that flour, sugar, and butter, and whatever you find laying around, you also have an extra roll of TP in the cupboard. If Google can't help you, then I do not want to be "that guy" who inadvertently have you make the death from shitting cookie.
