What kind of clubs/activites do Universities like to see from CC transfers?

I'll be transfering to a University soon, my gpa is a 3.35 should be a 3.5 when I graduate(next semester). Anyways, I know ive done the wrong thing by waiting to the last minute to join clubs, but im wondering what do state universities usually look for in terms of clubs or activites, I have a huge list of clubs at our school. Things like DECA, Leadership courses, student gov.,etc. What do you guys reccommend?

I think they mainly look at grades. Clubs and other activities are a very distant second. Good luck.

Then you have a confidence problem.

Hint: THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT STUPID ASS CLUBS OR ACTIVITIES. THEY CARE ABOUT MATH AND SCIENCE (AND MAYBE TEST SCORES).

EDIT: ESPECIALLY State Universities. Maybe if you were trying to transfer to Princeton or something similar it would matter some. State Uninversities are basically just student processing centers. Get them in, Get their money, Teach them some shite, Get them out with a degree. End of story.

No clubs here, 3.5 GPA
Got into every Cal State I applied to (Cal State Chico, San Luis Obispo, Fullerton, and one more)
and also into UCLA, UC San Diego, Irvine, Davis
Did not get accepted to Berkeley

Most CCs have deals with state colleges (a lot of them, but not all) where you automatically get in as long as your GPA is high enough (It's usually not that high either -- 3.0 or so)

I am pretty sure state universites are required to accept you after graduating from a 2 year community college, well atleast I think thats how it is here in Florida. I would check on that with the University Registrar.

in terms of extra curriculars, it mostly boils down to leadership
they want to see that you have held leadership positions and how you contributed as a leader

the major that you choose has some bearing too.. for instance, getting into the Accounting school might be more difficult than Education
