any thoughts on how/change would u like for your MX700. I hate the scroll wheel. coming from a x-intellimouse explorer use, its just not the same.

What don't you like about it? If you really hated it that much, you could probably replace it by swapping it out....

Always test out the mouse before buying.
No reason for wishing on changes for this mouse, Logitech isn't going to redesign it.

LoL what is that supposed to mean? Of course I have, I'm using one at work as I'm typing. I also have an Intellimouse Explorer at home on a 3rd PC as well as 2 older MS mice collecting dust.

Your post is pretty non-descript. Its "different", but you don't elaborate on WHY you like one vs. the other. I've adapted and moved on; its called evolution. If you don't like it, do something about it as I suggested.

The Mx500/700's scroll wheel is more stiff. This actually helps in games, where the scroll wheel is used to select things (i.e. First Person Shooters, selecting weapons). It's all down to personal preference, though, and personally, I think this mouse is better than any Microsoft mouse. Ever.
