There's an empty grocery store near me, and I really wish I could buy it and turn it into an indoor skate park. Kids in the suburbs are desperate to throw their money at stuff like that.

Man, we must be on the same wavelength. I already have most of a business plan and a rough drawing drawing in powerpoint of a combination skate park/roller rink. I just don't have the capital.

Yeah, I have an entire plan for a skate card. They put money on a card and can use it to get in, among other things (don't want to give away all my bright ideas )
