I get mine at a place called Nordstrom Rack. It's aplce where overstock and the like from the Nordstrom main store are sent to. It's huge, and they usually have some wierd stuff, and sizes. I've got 2 16's, a 16 1/2, and a 17 from them recently. The prices are great, too. Around 60 bucks for nice, expensive-brand shoes. $189+ Echo black leather dress shoes? No problem...80 bucks.
