I have a few houses out on the lake. Neither are large. One has been gutted and needs a full overhaul.
I want to build some kind of weather-protected storage for an ATV, some go carts, and a jon boat. The boat is maybe 18' with trailer and no motor mounted.
Should I just build a pole barn with a dirt floor? Or make a traditional out building with floor joists and plywood for? Or pour concrete?
I thought about just ordering a building from Home Depot. What should I do? I have room for whatever. I just want to keep the project cheap so it won't do much to taxes.
