Chickadees are neat little birds. They're quite unafraid of humans once they get used to you. If you're patient, you can train them to eat out of your hand.

I always thought it was pretty cool how when we used to have a feeder that had a cage for bird seed cakes, the Chickadee's would hang on to the underside of the cage to eat the seed, because other birds were occupying the top portion.
