The average for my organization is 2.5%. I had a good year so I'm expecting about 5 - 6%. I'll find out next month.

I got a 12% about 4 months ago, and I'm going to try and shoot for a 7% increase when I move in June because of higher cost of living where I'll be relocated too.

I think that this about the time most people get their raises based on their perfomance for the previous year, but I could be wrong.

Just got the news today about my raise, 4.8% for me. The raise pool called for a 2-5% allowance, so i'm relatively pleased. First time in 2 years that my organization has allowed raises, so it's essentially just a COLA-type raise bringing us up to where we were before.

I got 5% this year (182% on my review, 100% = meets expectations), next year we will only get 4% tops from what I understand.

A 100% meets expectations? Thats funny. Nice way to boost morale I guess. That's kind of like giving somebody a 100% for "C" quality work, and giving a legitimate "A" quality work an A+++++++.

I'll be happy if I get 2%, but I'm at the upper end of the range for my job.

I'm expecting a 100%-200% raise. According to salary.com I make 1/3 of the average for a Software Engineer I in my area.

My review date is in November. The two previous Novembers have been a 10% raise. I'd expect no different this year, IF i'm still here.

I haven't seen a raise or even a COLA adjustment in over 18 months...I'm not expecting anything.

Nothing, i've been at my job 3 years and haven't gotten one, don't expect it now.
