What kind of a place do you live in?

I currently live in a dorm. It is indeed hell. The noise, crappy environment, and jailcell-like nostalgia is making me want to move out. I'm gonna find an apartment next month! What about you guys?

I owned my own house at one point but the roof was leaking and the furnace died shortly after. I went bankrupt trying to keep the place and now I'm happy to pay rent and call the Landlord when somethings fubar.

Four bedroom, 2 bath home. 4 other buildings on the property, one of which serves as my computer lab.

Been there since early 1978.

It's alright.

How can you be homeless and be on AT? For that matter, how can you be homeless and have a comp? 😕

I would say the library, but you can't get a library card if you don't have an ID/home adress. Maybe a college?

You can still use the intraweb at the library without a library card.

I've been to the library, I saw people I suspected to be homeless surfing the intraweb, but I did not use them myself because public computers, especially those touched by homeless people, habor large numbers of germs.

Therefore to find a book in the database, I type with the eraser end of my pencil.

I live in a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2200 sq ft house that I own and live in with my wife and son in north county San Diego, CA.

I have no desire to leave here...ever.

And later proceed to chew on pencil? :Q

I'm still the only one lucky enough to live in a hut!!!
