What kind of a car is this?

Hmm, it looks like a custom made vehicle base on a BMW motorcycle. If it was a BMW I think we'd see the trademark kidney grill. Of course it could just be a European thing or something.

The nose section looks like one of those lotus super 7 kit car noses.

True. Because their laws are more laxed than ours (USA), the Canadians get to own cars that are not legal in the US.

NSFR!

Not safe for road.

This would not work in californicate. The big boys in their F-250's would squash that like a bug, never looking back.

Yeah, but in canada you are likely not to see another living person for weeks at a time no less another vehicle, so I doubt it's much of a worry for it's owner.

There are people with money (loggers with money to burn) in up north and they tend to love vehicle.

A few years back I saw a Stingray in Prince George that was jacked 5'-6' above the ground and it had monster wheels. It was one of the strange vehicle among 1/2 a dozen overly red neck/jacked vehicle in the strip mall parking lot.

It look like a mod motorcycle.

In northern Seskachewan, that might be true. Denis will be along shortly. ;)

Still, one lead and no definite answers. Perhaps the morning crew will know.

If you look behind that metal shield, you can barely make out the kidneys.
