what kind of 512mb ram should I buy?

In the next couple of days I plan on purchasing 2 512mb pc133 or above sticks of memory. Crucial has some 512mb pc133 cas 3 for around $53 each. Every other store on the net has generic pc133 512mb cas 3 sticks for around $40 each shipped. A few stores have pc150 case 3 for around $50-60 a stick shipped. Which would be better? I run WinXP and I am overclocking 2 Pentium III 600e's to 800 (don't really OC them higher, but I may if they can take it). I'd be content to run @133mhz cas 2. Would it be better for me to buy 2 sticks of the crucial cas 3 and try to run it at cas 2, or should I take my chances with the pc150? Thanks for any help!

I was wrong, the cheapest crucial 512 stick is like $100. I guess I'll try the PC150 for $60 a stick.
