What kind of 2D games can be played a 2 computer network?

Aside from the Q3/UT stuff, are there any 2D games (card games, etc.) that can be played on a home LAN? Links to these games if there are any would be helpful.

I dont know of any off the top of my head, but go to your local software store and look around im shure they have some.
oh now that i think of it, i think Risk can be played via network.
(i could be wrong)

The version of hearts that comes w/ Windows supports multiplay, believe it or not! I have some friends that play it at work together all the time, and it's free.

I would put in a vote for starcraft
excellent to play in lan too. me and my room ate used to play via serial cable and was pretty smooth
