what jobs do professional bodybuilders have?

they train about 5-6 hours every day. they can't all win prize money, and even then it's not much money to count on except for high profile contests. so it makes me wonder what sorts of jobs they have that allows them to spend so much time working out.

I wonder if they get money from sponsers? They could still be getting this even if they don't win prize money everytime. I'll ask the ones I see in Gold's Gym everyday.

Some of those guys have insane sleeping/eating schedules as well, so there's no way they could hold a steady job.

What body builder trains for 5-6 hours a day? If they do a split schedule - one body part in the morning, one in the evening, and one hour of cardio, even then that's barely 3 hours, if even that much.

A couple guys at the gym who compete are personal trainers, one owns his own business, and some other odd stuff

He worked for the Arlington Police Department (near Dallas). Back before he won his first Mr. Olympia there was a few news programs and a big spread on him in the paper. That's one cop I wouldn't argue with if I saw him getting out of a police cruiser in my mirror
