My friend wants me to build her a computer, I could save her a bunch by using a few of my current components, and I want to upgrade anyways. I don't know how much they would be worth here are the parts that I am thinking of put in it.
Motherboard: Asus K7M (1 year 2 months)
CPU: Athlon 500
Memory128 mb ram PC150
Video: TNT2 16 mb vid card PC 150 (1 year 2 months)
Burner: HP 9100I 8X4X32 (1 year)

Please list the price seperately for each part so if I don't decide to use it. I bought the motherboard, CPU, and Memory from step-thermodynamics.com as a bundle. So let me know what you think. Or would it be better to sell in the For/Sale forum?

I say closer to 170.00 cause things are used and a helluva lot can be gotten for 200 bucks now.

A duron 750 would smoke this thing and is only 31.00 bucks new at www.tcwo.com

Liteon 12x10x32 w/ brunproof can be had for like 87.00 at newegg.

Gotta look at stuff like that. Hp has name but does it have burnproof which is pretty standard now. Is the software for burning up-to-date?

A 500 in my opinion is at the edge of being able to play dvd's well with out aid of dvd decoder etc.

yeah that's another thing, regardless of what it's "worth" you can still get better for same price these days... you should sell parts the second you don't need em anymore... they depreciate faster than new Fords...
