What items are safe to touch while computer is on?

I often see posts where people say something got "hot to the touch" when they were checking it.

I always try not to touch anything in my box while my comp is on because I'm afraid I'll screw something up. Could someone give a quick summary of what's okay to touch and what's not (in your computer guys...) when it's running?

Don't touch anything that can form a current.

You can touch heatsinks and ceramic covered chips, you can touch harddrives, you can touch ram modules
