I know this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find it in any previous posts through search so I thought I would ask again. Does anyone have some cool sites about workouts or weight training. Mostly weight training. Any input is cool. Thanks.

Sitting at the computer 5 hours+ a day.
Sprints to the refrigerator every 20 minutes.
Arm stretches to reach far back and scratch my arse.

A pretty healthy workout, I'd say.

Might as well reply:

Day 1: Chest/Biceps
Day 2: Off/Cardio
Day 3: Legs/Back
Day 4: Off/Cardio
Day 5: Shoulders/Triceps
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Off, or restart rotation

I haven't done cardio regularly for about half a year or so now, though luckily the only changes I've noticed are muscle gains. Works for me.

I carry a large backpack full of photographic equipment.
I walk around looking like an idiot.
After an entire day, my shoulders are sore.
Repeat.

Why do you do you're two largest body parts on the same day?

I do 1/2 hour of cardio x5 per week(after lifting) I have started adding 10 minutes of stair stepper to that as well to hit the hamstrings and my butt

Day 1: Chest/Biceps
Day 2:Triceps/back/hamstrings
Day 3: shoulders/quads,calves
Day 4: hip abductors,inner/outter/glutes

Add in abs - days depending on what the rest of the workout looked like

Um, don't you mean in the 140-170 zone of bpm? Unless Lance Armstrong is secretly posting here... :)
