Mine is really starting to get at me. Paperwork from all my task leaders have to be prefilled out by me, sent to them and hopefully they come back in time so I can fill out sections on another form and so that someone else may fill out their section. THEN the review. As easy as that sounds, people don't get back, or don't write enough to satisfy the reviewer so they tell me to send it back or to fill out portions that they're supposed to do so it can make it easier for them to fill out things. So it's this constant back and forth when I already did my portion.

I do my project...edit it myself first. Hand it to the person who is editing it..in a day or two he hand si tback with corrections. Then I do those corrections and give it to a different person who looks it over..then eventully give it back to me with some minor changes. I fix it all up, put the finishing touches on it and then its ready to go out. Usully for a typicial project this takes about 2-3 weeks from the time the folder hits my desk to the time I sent the email out to the senior engineer.

Oh my bad, I meant employee review. The review process for work in a project makes sense to me....
