I make a fine batch of Hairy Buffalo. Actually, I have to tone it down a little from what I consider optimum, since last party that I made a batch for, despite putting up signs above the hairy buffalo with the words "WARNING: 50 PROOF" in large type, just about everyone who had some said "BS, I'd taste/feel the alcohol if it was 50 proof!". Then we had a lot of highly intoxicated, puking girls at the end of the night (since more people showed up than planned on and I had to restrict the HB to girls only)

Thats the best batch I ever made, and when I make a batch that I am going to be drinking out of, thats how I make it. When its for other people (almost always as the "girl drink" at a kegger), I tone it down to 25-30 proof
