Wrong. Although virtual memory is extremely slow relative to physical memory, it is not inherently "bad" for modern operating systems to swap unused pages to disk. In my experience, UNIX operating systems do a better job than Windows operating systems.Originally posted by: PeteRoy
If your Peak is higher than your Total physical memory it means you need more memory.
Peak is how much memory your computer using Page File + Phyiscal Memory, so if it goes above your total phyiscal memory it means you are using your page file, the more you use your page file, the more your computer becomes slow.
