if I still had it I'd say my soul, but that big red guy gave me too much for it to pass up. I mean $50 AND and ice cream cone. Could you pass that up.
So my prize possession is my wang. (isn't that a fun word, WANG!)
I can tell you the prize possession I wanna have. An original vinyl of Abbey Road signed by Paul McCartney (the other 3 would be nice too) and I wanna get it signed by him personally so I could meet him.
All my actual prize possessions get stolen, so I can't think of any I still have.
My Pac-Man Upright Video Game that I got from our very own Roger. I put some work into restoring it, but a new project awaits. I just picked up a Cocktail Table Ms. Pac-man that needs some work. This will be my new most prized possession once completed.
LIke sky said once you own possesions they own you so I try to put little importance on them.
Make them tools to live your live not for you life to revolve around them. I had a 4 grand stereo ripped off about 10 yrs ago and every body goes "your so calm" like I said then its just things, and things are replacable.
So I went out spent a he11 of a lot less money on the next one and for all intensive purposses it sounded just fine.
Don't get me wrong I like nice things and prefer to buy quality over gimick or junk but I don't worship anything I own or give it the status of "prized"
My huge collection of small, mostly vintage action figures... Hey, I played with 'em when i was a kid, and now have all the ones I wanted but didn't have...great for display...
Hard to say, I'm pretty attached to my old turntable and LP collection (if you don't know what an LP is, ask your parents). My father got it when he got out of college in the late 70's. Course my car and my motorcycle are pretty important, especially the motorcycle because it was my first major purchase all on my own. I like my ThinkPad, but it's not as important as the first three because it's more replacable. (Of course in a year or two I will probably be quite attached to it.)
I was going to say vi_edit, but you told us not to name a significant other. Otherwise, I would have to say that it's my lucky rock collection, especially the ones that I kept in my shoe when running state cross country meets.
