What is your life philosophy, in simple terms?

Mine is this: Life is too short to be an a-hole.

You know right from wrong, and when you do something wrong intentionally, and try to defend or downplay or ignore it, you're being an a-hole. Do you really want to be remembered like that? Nobody is perfect and nobody is asking for perfection, but when you look back at thousands of years of documented human history and see the consequences of wrongdoing (cheating on spouse, stealing, violence), what makes you think you're somehow exempt?

Accept that we're all flawed, there is always more to everyone's story than they're telling you, and let people make their own decisions so long as those decisions don't negatively affect others.

No worries and everything is about one-tenth as important as everyone says it is.

Always treat people 20% better than they treat you to account for subjective bias.
