Oddly enough I like everything but fish which is the one combo you don't have in your poll. About the only fish I can stand is salmon when it is disguised in salmon cakes.

I will eat all fish, as long as it's cooked thoroughly.

I will eat shrimp and squid/clamari.

No lobster, crab, sushi.

My preferences are a nice grilled chunk of Halibut or batter-fried shrimp.

Can't stand seafood, even the smell makes me want to run away.

Can't even go past a fish counter without holding my breath.

I love all seafood with one exception. Uni is the foulest crap ever served up. People say "oh, it's an acquired taste" and to that I say "I don't want to acquire a taste for snot."

yuck.

For the lunchroom at work, with lots of other people watching you eat while they attempt to enjoy their lunch:

A sort of antipasto salad I purchased at a local deli.... pasta, little pieces of cheese, etc, and little baby octopuses (octopi).. "Look! You can see the suckers on his tentacles" I said as I stuffed a whole one into my mouth.... I don't think I could have possible done anything worse to gross out my coworkers!
