What is your favorite version of Pachabel's Canon?

there's an excellent version by one of those chamber orchestras that use period instruments, i think it was Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields.

but personally my favorite is the version my high school chior sang for the opening of the movie "Ordinary People"!

are there any techno virgins of it?

virgins? lol!!

oops 😱

Ummm...first of all, no comment to your typo.

Second of all, there's actually a decent version produced by Fred Baker on this cd. It is NOT an upbeat or fast version, and not some cheesy euro-crap production. I've got this two cd set, and it's alright. (I'm a slut for anything released on the Armada Label with Armin Van Buuren.)
