It's amazing how they're all same semolina, but just because of the shape, they end up having vastly different texture, chewiness, and taste.

Short pasta:
I'm a carb lover, I love pasta. If I HAD to choose, I would go with fettuccine (thick flat noodles). It's chewy, 'meaty', and perfect with all sauces. Penne comes close. I'm not a fan of spaghetti except when it's in a classic red sauce with big meatballs.
Elbow macaroni are awesome for Mac & cheese and cold pasta salad. GF loves angel hair, I think it's okay.
What's yours?
